Our friends from TEDxØresund are hosting an event on May 6th which you guys might find interesting. They have a great line-up and are planning some cool stuff. The theme is “We can do better” which we at TEDxCopenhagen think is a cool and ambitious theme. We have been working together with the people from TEDxØresund with the intention to start a collaboration and learn from each other. We have exchanged expectations, ideas and thoughts about how to create a fantastic TEDx event and how to get the right people engaged.

Our shared dream is to create a big event and call it TEDxNordic or TEDxScandinavia. We believe we can do better by making a big, global and really interesting event by joining forces with other dedicated TEDx organizers. And it would be so fun to gather the coolest, funniest and clever people from the Nordic countries to a couple of days focused on ‘ideas worth spreading’. Anyway, we’re still working on making that happen but there are a lot of rules and applications we need to fill out and we need to establish partnerships and get the other TEDx organizers hooked on the idea.
